Tech weekend is here! ONE WEEK TO GO TO OPENING NIGHT!!!!
Saturday September 19th.
11am-1pm Final tech work on set-furniture from warehouse, repairs, prop work. Help is needed to move the bar and chairs over from warehouse.
1pm-5pm Dance Rehearsal - NO CHILDREN NEEDED.
Need Jo-Jo, Narrator, Bro's, Wives, Jacob, and Pharaoh!!!
6:30pm Adult Ensemble meeting at Victoria's - bring a snack and BYOB - directions available at sat. rehearsal.
Sunday September 20th
2pm Orchestra Rehearsal - only Jo-Jo and Narrator needed for this rehearsal
4:30pm - Stage Manager and Director paper tech meeting
5:30pm - Lighting Board meeting with Linda and Ted
6:00pm - All Stage Crew - cue by cue walk-through
7:00pm - All Cast and Crew - Tech Cue by Cue - rehearse all scene changes and fly-cues!!!
